Wondering if your demo is competitive? Set up a demo eval and we'll talk it over. What makes a demo compelling in this competitive VO biz? Everything from spot selection to production values makes a difference...(tip: don't save the best for last, busy producers don't always have time to listen all the way through). On the other hand, the problem is often not the demo, but the marketing plan. We'll take a look at your web site too (keep it simple on the web, it's a place people go to hear your demos...don't make them click too many times, or they'll just leave and move on to the next). It always helps to get an outside opinion, especially from a working pro. I've noticed demos that had too much of another talent's voice on them...and demos that displayed so much range that they confuse the potential client. I can help you focus your demo to the market you're most likely to book.

Got a big audition coming up. We can work on the copy and give you a tool kit of different approaches based on your voice and range. Then when you go in to the audition, you'll feel more prepared. Or if you email it, you'll benefit from the feedback.

Email me the copy and a couple of reads (3 minutes max)...

I'll send you back some suggestions by email and you can email me your revised reads for another evaluation. (I'll be raving about your improvement, I hope!)

Note: this can take a 24 hour turn around, so don't use it for auditions due same or next day. You can definitely use this for affordable training, or going over auditions you've already done to get some more tools in the kit for the next one.

Cancellations are sometimes necessary on both ends, since this is a free lance business we're in. I try to be accomodating...but same day candellations usually require a $35 cancellation fee.
